1. Why am I not receiving notifications?

Please make sure notification permission is enabled for LookOnce. You can check this in your iPhone Settings > Notifications.

2. Is my data uploaded to a server?

No. LookOnce stores user-created data locally on your device. Your data is not uploaded to our servers.

3. What happens if I delete the app?

If the app stores data locally on your device, deleting the app may also delete its local data. Please make sure you no longer need the data before deleting the app.

4. How do I restore my purchase?

If you have previously purchased the Pro version, you can restore your purchase from the app's settings page by tapping "Restore Purchase".

5. How can I report a bug?
